All prices displayed are in GBP and include VAT (unless otherwise stated). Payment methods accepted will be clearly stated at checkout or at the point of sale. A deposit may be required to secure a vehicle, which is typically non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
4. Vehicle Condition and Warranties
We aim to provide accurate descriptions of each vehicle. All imported vehicles are sold as seen, unless a specific warranty is agreed upon at the time of purchase. Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. Any third-party inspections are welcomed.
5. Test Drives and Viewings
Test drives are available by appointment and may require a valid UK driver’s licence and proof of insurance. Viewings can be arranged at our Harrow location during business hours.
6. Cancellations and Returns
Once a sale is complete, returns or cancellations may not be accepted unless in accordance with consumer rights regulations or a previously agreed cooling-off period (if applicable). Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
